Group 1 Automotive Q3 Adjusted EPS Falls 10.4% as Revenue Misses

Revenue totaled $5.4 billion, down 6.6% year over year and $180 million below estimates.

Group 1 Automotive recorded $5.4 billion in third-quarter revenue, down 6.6% from a year earlier and $180 million below estimates.

Adjusted diluted earnings per share, a non-GAAP measure, came to $9.36, missing estimates by 14 cents. The figure was 10.4% lower than in the year-earlier quarter.

GAAP diluted earnings per share were $8.59, compared with $1.02 in the same quarter a year earlier.
