Vertiv Posts 60.8% Q3 Revenue Growth as Non-GAAP EPS Beats Estimates

Vertiv Holdings Co. posted $4.31 billion in third-quarter revenue, a 60.8% increase from a year earlier. Non-GAAP EPS was $2.21. Revenue exceeded estimates by $550 million, while EPS beat estimates by $0.39.

For the fourth quarter of 2026, Vertiv forecast net sales of $4.413 billion, above the $4.31 billion consensus estimate. The company also expects organic sales growth of 50% for the quarter.
