Smurfit Westrock Plc Q3 Non-GAAP EPS Misses Estimates by 12 Cents

Revenue reached $8.16 billion, up 2% year over year but $120 million below estimates. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $1.205 billion.

Smurfit Westrock Plc posted third-quarter 2026 revenue growth of 2% and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.45, with both measures below estimates.

Revenue was $8.16 billion, missing estimates by $120 million. Non-GAAP EPS came in 12 cents below estimates.

Adjusted EBITDA totaled $1.205 billion, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 14.8%. Net cash provided by operating activities was $874 million.

Smurfit Westrock’s quarterly dividend was $0.4523 per ordinary share.
