Forward purchasers agreed to sell 40 million shares to underwriters. Meta expects the offering to close Oct. 29 and about $24.9 billion in net proceeds before expenses after the agreements are settled.

Meta announced a $25 billion Class A common-stock offering at $625 a share in a release published Oct. 27, while Binance’s METAUSDT is a separate perpetual contract tracking the company’s Nasdaq-listed shares.
Forward purchasers agreed to sell 40 million shares to underwriters. Meta expects the offering to close Oct. 29 and about $24.9 billion in net proceeds before expenses when the forward sale agreements are later settled.
Meta expects 2026 capital expenditures of $135 billion to $145 billion, including principal payments on finance leases.
METAUSDT is an equity perpetual settled in Tether (USDT) that trades around the clock. Meta’s $625 Class A stock offering price is not directly comparable with a METAUSDT contract quote because the instruments and trading venues differ.
