Scorpio Tankers Inc. posted third-quarter GAAP earnings of $4.60 per share, topping estimates by $2.48 as revenue climbed 6.9% year over year to $249.04 million.

Revenue exceeded estimates by $6.22 million.

Scorpio shares rose 2.2% in premarket trading Wednesday.
