Clean Harbors posted record third-quarter revenue of $1.87 billion, up 20.6% year over year, as GAAP earnings per share beat estimates by 68 cents, with both operating segments contributing to growth.

Revenue exceeded estimates by $140 million. GAAP earnings per share were $3.93, topping estimates by $0.68.

The company also announced an executive transition.
