Hanover Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.10 quarterly dividend, keeping its payout unchanged and setting Nov. 18 as the date eligible shareholders will receive the distribution.

Shareholders of record Nov. 11 qualify. The shares are scheduled to trade ex-dividend Nov. 9.
