Stepan Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.5% to $0.405 Per Share

Stepan Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.405 per share on Oct. 28, a 2.5% increase from its previous payout of $0.395. Payment is scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 1.

The company reported third-quarter net sales of $692.154 million, up 17% from a year earlier. Adjusted earnings, a non-GAAP measure, were $0.94 per diluted share. Stepan’s third-quarter results also included GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.78.
