STAG Industrial Raises 2026 Core FFO Outlook, Forecasts 2027 Rent Growth
The company also raised cash same-store growth guidance and its average same-store occupancy outlook. Developments under construction were 48% leased, with Reno identified as its greatest leasing risk.

STAG Industrial raised its 2026 Core FFO guidance to $2.64-$2.66 and projects market rent growth of 2% to 4% in 2027 as industrial fundamentals improve. Its average same-store occupancy outlook also moved higher.
The company raised its cash same-store growth guidance as well. It tied the guidance increases to improving industrial fundamentals and lower credit losses.
President, CEO and Director William Crooker said, “The third quarter marked the continued improvement in industrial fundamentals with national vacancy rates down since last quarter.”
Developments under construction were 48% leased. STAG identified Reno as its greatest leasing risk, citing slower leasing, market competition and hesitation from logistics users.
The company plans minimal acquisition activity amid capital-market uncertainty and is prioritizing higher-yielding developments.
