Add as a preferred source on GoogleMPLX LP Raises Quarterly Distribution 12.5% to $1.2111 Per Unit
Common unit holders of record Nov. 6 qualify for the Nov. 13 payment. The previous quarterly amount was $1.0765 per unit.
MPLX LP announced Oct. 27 a $1.2111-per-unit distribution for the third quarter of 2026, a 12.5% increase in its quarterly cash payout to common unit holders.
The new amount is $0.1346 more than the second-quarter rate of $1.0765. At the new rate, the annualized payout is $4.84 per unit.
MPLX reported second-quarter distributable cash flow of $1.45 billion and coverage of 1.3 times for the period ending June 30. Those second-quarter figures predate the third-quarter distribution.
The partnership’s August outlook anticipated a 12.5% increase in its distribution in 2026, followed by another increase of that size in 2027. MPLX LP designated Nov. 6 as the record date and Nov. 13 as the payment date.
