Textron Sets Jan. 1, 2027, Payment for $0.02 Quarterly Dividend

Shareholders listed on the company’s books at the close of business Dec. 11, 2026, will qualify for the payment.

Textron's board declared a $0.02 quarterly dividend payable Jan. 1, 2027, setting Dec. 11, 2026, as the cutoff for shareholders listed on its books at day's close.

The payment matches the amount in Textron’s previous quarterly declaration. The board set that dividend on Aug. 3, 2026, for payment Oct. 1 to shareholders on record Sept. 11.

Textron has aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses. Its common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TXT.
