PVA TePla AG’s Oct. 28 notification listed 595,586 voting rights indirectly held by Driehaus Trust company, LLC and none held directly. The notice gave PVA TePla a total of 21,749,988 voting rights.
The position was down from 3.38% in the entity’s previous notification. Driehaus Trust company, LLC is registered in Reno, United States.
PVA TePla published the voting-rights notification at 12:30 p.m. ET (16:30 UTC) Wednesday under Article 40, Section 1 of Germany’s Securities Trading Act.
