Peoples Financial Raises Semiannual Dividend 5.6% to $0.19 a Share

Shareholders of record Nov. 10 are scheduled to receive the payment Nov. 13; the dividend has a 1.62% forward yield.

Peoples Financial Corporation (PFBX) set its semiannual dividend at $0.19 per share, a 5.6% increase for shareholders eligible for its November distribution.

The new rate is one cent above the previous $0.18 per-share dividend. The payment is scheduled for Nov. 13 to shareholders of record Nov. 10. That date is also the ex-dividend date.

The dividend has a forward yield of 1.62%.
