eBay’s Audit Committee declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.31 per share, keeping the rate unchanged and setting Dec. 18 for payment to shareholders on record Dec. 4.

The rate matches the previous quarterly dividend. Dec. 4 is the record date for shareholders eligible for the payment.
