Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (BOOT) set a fiscal 2027 sales target of $2.6 billion and plans to open 75 to 80 stores, raising its previous opening plan of 70 locations.

In the second quarter of fiscal 2027, revenue increased 15% and earnings per diluted share climbed 26% to $1.73. Consolidated same-store sales rose 1.4%.

Merchandise margin expanded 190 basis points as lower freight expenses, tariff refunds and improved product margins supported results. Softer demand in the boot category and weather-related declines in customer traffic weighed on performance.
