Shell plc declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7812 per American depositary share (ADS), keeping the payment at the same level as its previous quarterly dividend.

The next payment is scheduled for Dec. 21. Shell set Nov. 13 as both the record date and the ex-dividend date.
