BHAV Acquisition Corp II priced a $100 million initial public offering at $10 per unit on Oct. 29, putting 10 million units on offer with a share and fractional-share right in each package.
At $10 each, the 10 million units account for the offering’s stated $100 million total.
Each unit contains one Class A ordinary share and a separate entitlement to one-fourth of a Class A ordinary share.
