Spok Holdings Expects $28 Million to $32 Million in Year-End Cash
Cash was $30.1 million at quarter-end. Adjusted EBITDA rose nearly 30% year over year to $8.6 million.

Spok Holdings, Inc. projects a cash balance of $28 million to $32 million at the end of 2026, after a narrowband license sale helped lift its quarter-end total to $30.1 million.
The closed license transaction generated more than $7.5 million in cash after costs. Spok also reiterated its full-year guidance.
Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA increased nearly 30% year over year to $8.6 million. Cost savings outweighed the effect of lower revenue, while net income rose more than 200% from a year earlier.
Spok's software operations booking backlog stood at $52 million, down nearly 15%. Management pointed to longer decision cycles and customer preferences for shorter, more flexible agreements, which reduce the initial value of bookings. It also said cancellations of obligations customers can cancel have historically been uncommon.
The company plans to pay more than $27 million in dividends during 2026. CEO Vincent Kelly said Spok remains focused on growing revenue, generating cash and returning capital to stockholders.
