Phathom Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHAT) posted third-quarter revenue of $84.7 million, up 71.1% year over year, and reaffirmed its 2026 outlook after non-GAAP earnings per share beat estimates.
Revenue was $120,000 below estimates. Non-GAAP earnings per share were $0.04, topping estimates by $0.01.
Phathom reaffirmed its 2026 net revenue outlook of $310 million to $325 million. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $184.6 million as of Sept. 30, 2026.
