Perella Weinberg Partners Revenue Rises 53% in Third Quarter
Revenue reached $251.373 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, while adjusted EPS was $0.39 and GAAP diluted EPS was $0.21.

Perella Weinberg Partners posted $251.373 million in third-quarter revenue, up 53% from a year earlier, as fee-paying clients and larger fee events contributed to growth at the advisory firm.
Adjusted earnings per share, a non-GAAP measure, was $0.39. Diluted earnings per share under generally accepted accounting principles was $0.21. Pretax income was $35 million on a GAAP basis and $56 million on an adjusted basis.
The increase reflected more fee-paying clients and a larger share of fee events topping $5 million. Revenue for the nine months ended Sept. 30 reached $556.815 million, up from $531.743 million in the same period a year earlier, an increase of 5%.
Perella Weinberg Partners closed its acquisition of Gleacher Shacklock on Sept. 1. “The acquisition of Gleacher Shacklock deepens our presence in the UK and across Europe,” Perella Weinberg CEO and Chairman Andrew Bednar said.
