TSV Plans to Begin Trading Tokenized CNTN Shares as Soon as Nov. 2
Canton Strategic Holdings has engaged SEC-registered transfer agent Fairmint to issue the tokens and maintain official ownership records.

TSV LLC plans to begin trading tokenized shares of Canton Strategic Holdings (CNTN) as soon as Nov. 2, setting a near-term target for the proposed U.S. stock venue built on Canton Network.
The planned trading would use an issuer-led structure. Canton Strategic Holdings has engaged Fairmint, an SEC-registered on-chain transfer agent, to issue the tokens and maintain the official ownership records. That arrangement is designed to avoid the 30-day issuer objection period associated with third-party tokenization.
Fairmint’s role combines token issuance with official record-keeping for the shares. The model centers on the issuer’s own equity while assigning issuance and ownership records to its transfer agent.
Nov. 2 is the earliest planned start, and trading has not yet begun. TSV’s timing could put it ahead of a platform involving OKX and Intercontinental Exchange in pursuing the first U.S. tokenized stock trade under the SEC’s innovation-exemption framework.
