Becle's Q3 2026 Net Sales Fall 15.3% to P$9.253 Billion

Becle, S.A.B. de C.V. posted third-quarter 2026 earnings per share of P$0.18 as net sales fell 15.3% year over year to P$9.253 billion. Total volume declined 8.7% to 5.715 million nine-liter cases.

Net sales in the U.S. and Canada decreased 14.5% to P$5.145 billion, and regional volume fell 3%. Currency effects and a more competitive environment also weighed on sales in the region.

Gross profit declined 22.8% to P$4.73 billion. Gross margin narrowed to 51.1% from 56.1%, while EBITDA fell 57.9% to P$1.456 billion. Net income dropped 84.6% to P$633 million from P$4.123 billion a year earlier.

The year-earlier quarter included P$753 million in other income, primarily from the sale of the b:oost brand and contractual settlements related to U.S. distribution agreements. It also included a gain from the sale of Becle’s equity interest in Lalo Spirits Holdings, Inc.
