FalconX announced that its Structured Credit Facility is expanding to Base, where lenders can deposit native USD Coin (USDC) for returns tied to institutional credit.

For the existing facility, FalconX originates loans, M11 Credit curates the vault and Pareto provides the onchain credit infrastructure. The existing vault supports overcollateralized credit to institutional clients, including hedge funds and trading firms. The announcement did not confirm whether those roles and lending terms apply to the Base deployment.

The existing vault launched in March 2025 and had about $168 million in total value locked as of Aug. 31, 2026. It runs in monthly cycles and distributes returns onchain each month.

The announcement did not state the Base deployment’s yield, minimum deposit, eligibility rules, fees or withdrawal schedule. It also did not say whether the existing vault’s monthly schedule applies on Base.
