Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. has secured supply of about 754 metric tons of neodymium sourced outside China, a package expected to cover roughly half the feedstock needed for its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance.

Evolution expects the total to cover about half the feedstock needed for its $400 million to $460 million fiscal 2027 revenue guidance. The company first set that range Sept. 10 and reaffirmed it Oct. 9.

The fiscal 2027 guidance reflects management expectations and anticipated customer demand, not contracted volumes. The neodymium supply is expected to meet part of the feedstock requirement tied to that outlook.
