Axalta Forecasts 2026 Adjusted EBITDA of $1.10B to $1.11B
The company expects fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $254 million to $264 million and sales roughly flat year over year.

Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $1.10 billion to $1.11 billion, setting a full-year earnings outlook alongside forecasts for about $2.45 in adjusted earnings per share and roughly $450 million in free cash flow.
For the fourth quarter, Axalta projects adjusted EBITDA of $254 million to $264 million, adjusted earnings per share of about $0.55 and sales roughly flat from a year earlier.
Third-quarter sales rose 2% year over year to $1.3 billion. Adjusted EBITDA was $282 million, equal to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 21.5%. The company has posted an adjusted EBITDA margin above 20% for 11 consecutive quarters.
The quarter reflected lower volume in Axalta’s European Refinish business, more cautious distributor purchases and higher costs to move products.
Management remains confident in about $600 million of annual run-rate cost synergies. Axalta expects about 90% of that amount within the first three years after closing and describes the target as a floor.
