SFL Corporation Ltd. agreed to acquire three vessels in transactions valued at about $365 million. The planned purchases include two new container ships and one large ammonia carrier.
Each container ship has capacity for 8,800 TEUs. SFL shares rose 2.3% in Thursday trading after the agreement was disclosed.
