Escalade outlined a move toward three inventory turns, while management expects launches into 2027 to support market-share gains as third-quarter sales fell 3%, with gross margin at 29.4%.

Operating cash flow reached $14.9 million. Sales declined amid product-line exits and weakness in basketball, table tennis and indoor games. Archery and safety categories partly offset the declines.

Management also cited an active acquisition pipeline and capital expenditure projects. It cited continued dividends and occasional share repurchases, and said the company was comfortable holding cash equal to at least one turn of EBITDA.
