Vornado Realty Trust set a Jan. 4 payment date for a quarterly dividend of $0.2782 per share on its 4.45% Series O preferred shares (VNO.PR.O). Holders of record Nov. 9 are eligible for the distribution.

Nov. 9 is also the ex-dividend date.
