Binance co-CEO He Yi said Friday the exchange expects restoration work on withdrawals to start within two days as it upgrades the service and related address controls.

Deposits are unaffected and continue to operate normally, He Yi said in a social media post dated Oct. 30. She did not give a specific hour for the start of restoration.

The estimate covers the beginning of the return, not a stated deadline for full service. Binance described the work as an upgrade to withdrawals and controls for associated addresses, but did not say which withdrawals would be enabled first or how long the process would take.

For customers, the update leaves deposits available while withdrawal service and address controls are being upgraded. The only timing guidance is that Binance expects restoration to begin within 48 hours of He Yi’s post. Her statement did not include a detailed schedule for the service’s full return or a separate completion date.
