First National Bank Alaska declared two $4.00-per-share cash dividends for December, including its regular quarterly payout and a separate special distribution, with both payments scheduled before year-end.

The quarterly dividend is unchanged from the previous payout and is payable Dec. 15. The special dividend is scheduled for Dec. 10. Shareholders of record Dec. 1 are eligible for both payments.
