Nvidia’s previously disclosed guarantees carry maximum gross exposure of $108.5 billion. That total includes $3.5 billion tied to land, power and shell obligations for selected AI-cloud partners.
A separate guarantee is capped at $105 billion for SB Energy leases at an Ohio campus supporting OpenAI’s initial 4.25 gigawatts of IT capacity.
