Metaplanet Says All Bitcoin Is Held in Cold Wallets With Regulated Custodians

CEO Simon Gerovich also expressed support for Binance and said Bitcoin’s network has operated as designed since 2009.

Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich said all of the Japanese Bitcoin treasury company’s Bitcoin (BTC) is held in cold wallets with regulated custodians, describing how the firm stores its treasury holdings.

In the same post, Gerovich expressed support for Binance and everyone working overtime on the matter. He said Bitcoin itself was unaffected and that its network has operated as designed since 2009.
