SPS Commerce forecast fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $199.3 million to $201.3 million and plans to charge for MAX AI agents in 2027, following 4% revenue growth in the third quarter.

Third-quarter revenue was $197.6 million, up from $189.9 million a year earlier. Growth was partly offset by the second-quarter divestiture of the 3P Revenue Recovery business and variability in the 1P Revenue Recovery take rate model.

MAX is embedded in SPS Commerce’s supply-chain offerings, with some features available to fulfillment customers. CEO Chad Collins cited early customer feedback and examples of customer return on investment.

Collins said agentic onboarding is helping the company win deals. CFO Joe Del Preto projected a margin benefit from agentic onboarding over the next 12 to 18 months.

SPS Commerce plans to begin charging for MAX agents in 2027.
