OSI Systems Raises Fiscal 2027 Non-GAAP EPS Outlook to $11.28-$11.64

OSI Systems, Inc. raised its fiscal 2027 non-GAAP earnings-per-share outlook to $11.28 to $11.64, while keeping its revenue forecast unchanged after first-quarter records in revenue and adjusted earnings per share.

The company maintained its revenue forecast at $1.875 billion to $1.930 billion. Management linked the higher EPS outlook mainly to first-quarter share repurchases and expects revenue growth to be strongest in the second half of fiscal 2027.

First-quarter revenue reached a record $403 million, up 5% from a year earlier. Adjusted earnings per diluted share rose 17% to a first-quarter record of $1.66.
