AstraZeneca posted third-quarter revenue of $16.21 billion and reaffirmed its 2026 outlook Friday, as sales climbed 7% year over year and Core EPS reached $2.79.
Revenue came to $16.21 billion. Full-year guidance calls for total revenue to grow by a mid- to high-single-digit percentage, while Core EPS is expected to increase by a low double-digit percentage at constant exchange rates.
The earlier earnings preview listed a rounded $16 billion consensus estimate for quarterly revenue.
