Revenue reached $4.21 billion, up 26.4% from a year earlier and $340 million above estimates. Non-GAAP earnings per share were $0.54, beating the estimate by $0.07.
Before the results, consensus estimates called for earnings per share of $0.47 and revenue of $3.87 billion.
BrightSpring set its full-year 2026 revenue outlook at $15.9 billion to $16.125 billion, representing expected growth of 23.2% to 24.9%. The range is above the $15.37 billion analyst consensus.
