Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (SAMG) set its quarterly dividend at $0.21 per share, keeping the payout unchanged ahead of a Dec. 18 payment.

The company set Dec. 11 as both the record date and the ex-dividend date. Payment is scheduled for shareholders of record on Dec. 11.
