The irregular payout is 25 cents above the $1 per-share dividend the company declared in July.

Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) declared a $1.25 dividend for each share, with payment scheduled for Nov. 24.

The company set Nov. 9 as the record date for eligible shareholders; that date is also the ex-dividend date. The irregular payout is 25 cents higher than the $1-per-share dividend Dorian LPG declared in July 2026.
