NatWest Group's third-quarter income increased 7.1% year over year to £4.64 billion, while earnings per share declined, showing gains in overall income alongside weaker per-share results.
The total was close to the £4.641 billion consensus estimate. Net interest income was £3.56 billion, up 8.9% year over year. Non-interest income added £1.08 billion after growing 1.6%.
Per-share earnings were 19.1 pence, down from 19.6 pence in the same period a year earlier. The 2.6% decline came as total income rose.
