LogProstyle Schedules Second $0.0115 Dividend Installment for Oct. 30

LogProstyle Inc. has a $0.0115-per-share dividend installment scheduled for Oct. 30, the second payment under a four-part distribution approved in July.

The board declared a total cash dividend of $0.046 per share, or $1,086,047, on July 13. The company divided the payout into four equal installments of $0.0115 per share. The second installment’s record date was Sept. 30.

LogProstyle paid the first installment on Aug. 31. It totaled $271,525 and went to shareholders of record at the close of business July 31.
