Exxon CEO Darren Woods identified diesel as a pressure point in refined-fuel markets, pointing to refining capacity that remains constrained relative to demand in the sector.

A deal to add Russian diesel to global markets could also affect fuel availability. President Donald Trump said Russia would immediately supply 300,000 tons, with 500,000 tons planned for November and 1 million tons afterward.
