Check Point’s Q3 Outlook Sets $655 Million to $685 Million Revenue Range
The forecast also calls for $2.43 to $2.53 in non-GAAP earnings per share as the company looks for stronger firewall appliance performance.

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. plans to release third-quarter results Monday, Nov. 2, with its July outlook setting revenue at $655 million to $685 million as the company looks for improved firewall appliance performance alongside subscription growth.
The forecast also calls for security subscription revenue of $332 million to $343 million, non-GAAP earnings of $2.43 to $2.53 per share and adjusted free cash flow of $235 million to $265 million. Check Point expects GAAP earnings per share to be 70 cents below its non-GAAP measure.
The revenue guidance midpoint is $670 million, compared with $677.5 million in the third quarter of 2025. In the second quarter of 2026, revenue was $673.6 million, up from $665.2 million a year earlier. Security subscription revenue reached $332.6 million, compared with $297.9 million a year earlier, while non-GAAP earnings were $2.55 per share.
Subscription growth in the second quarter offset weaker demand for firewall appliances. Check Point expected appliance performance to improve in the second half of 2026, making the upcoming results an update on that outlook as well as the company’s subscription business.
The year-over-year earnings comparison includes a tax settlement that lifted both GAAP and non-GAAP earnings by about $1.47 per share in the third quarter of 2025. Non-GAAP earnings that quarter were $3.94 per share, while GAAP earnings were $3.28.
Check Point plans to hold its conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC) on Nov. 2, after releasing results before the U.S. market opens.
