Constellation Energy Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4265 per share Friday, Oct. 30, with payment set for Dec. 4.

Shareholders of record at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 16 qualify for the distribution. The amount is unchanged from the company’s previous quarterly dividend.

Constellation Energy trades on Nasdaq under the ticker CEG.
