Quaker Houghton Projects 2026 Adjusted EBITDA Growth in High Single Digits
Raw-material costs are expected to stay elevated through year-end, while pricing actions are projected to keep fourth-quarter product margins stable.

Quaker Houghton expects full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA to grow at a high single-digit rate from 2025, while forecasting continued raw-material inflation in the fourth quarter.
The outlook follows five straight quarters in which profitability improved from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA also reached a company record in the third quarter.
The company expects input costs to remain elevated through year-end and does not anticipate a significant decline until sometime in 2027. Pricing actions are expected to temper inflation and keep product margins stable in the fourth quarter.
Quaker Houghton also projects fourth-quarter revenue and profitability will exceed year-earlier levels. It expects volume to decrease about 4% from the third quarter, with seasonal factors potentially resulting in a larger drop.
