Oil States International expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $172 million to $184 million and adjusted EBITDA of $20 million to $23 million, setting its outlook after third-quarter revenue rose 8% sequentially. President and CEO Lloyd Hajdik gave the forecast during the company’s Oct. 30 earnings call.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, Oil States recorded revenue of $169.764 million, net income of $3.116 million and adjusted EBITDA of $20.121 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 6% from the prior quarter.

The Offshore Manufactured Products segment had a backlog of $482 million as of Sept. 30, its highest level since December 2014. The segment’s quarterly book-to-bill ratio was 1.3x, compared with 1.2x year to date, on $135 million in third-quarter bookings.

Oil States provides manufactured products and services to energy, military and industrial customers. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure and should be considered alongside, rather than in place of, net income and cash-flow measures calculated under GAAP.
