Veralto Corporation raised its 2026 adjusted earnings per share (EPS) outlook after third-quarter total sales rose 7.5%, while projecting faster sales growth in the final quarter.

The company expects fourth-quarter total sales growth of 10% to 11%. It raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $4.49 to $4.52.

Third-quarter adjusted EPS increased 19.2%, core sales grew 5.1% and free cash flow reached $304 million. Company management described demand as healthy across both segments and said recurring revenue accounts for 60% of revenue.

Management cited variable project timing, softer municipal spending in China and election-related timing in Latin America as factors affecting its outlook.

For 2027, management identified inflation, transportation and memory costs, the loss of tariff benefits and dilution from the Cleanwater1 acquisition as potential headwinds.
