Exelon Corporation (NASDAQ: EXC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15.

Shareholders of record Dec. 4 will qualify for the distribution. Exelon also set Dec. 4 as the ex-dividend date.

The dividend is paid every three months. The upcoming payment is scheduled for Dec. 15.
