Cousins Properties raised its 2026 funds from operations (FFO) midpoint to $2.97 per share, while setting a 90% year-end occupancy goal and planning a roughly 700,000-square-foot Dallas tower for 2027.

The tower is planned for Dallas in 2027 and is expected to span about 700,000 square feet.
