WisdomTree Q3 Net Income More Than Doubles as Onchain Inflows Reach $509 Million
Quarter-end assets under management rose to $170.985 billion, while year-to-date net inflows topped $13.6 billion.

WisdomTree’s third-quarter net income more than doubled to $49.216 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30 as the asset manager drew $4.622 billion in inflows, including $509 million for its onchain products.
Net income climbed from $19.701 million in the third quarter of 2025, while diluted earnings per share rose to $0.32 from $0.13. Operating revenue rose 42.8% year over year to $179.375 million, against $125.616 million a year earlier.
Revenue growth reflected higher average assets under management and advisory fees, revenue tied to the Ceres and Atlantic House acquisitions, and increased other revenue from European-listed exchange-traded products. Operating expenses rose 31.6%, with higher incentive compensation and headcount, fund management and administration expenses, acquisition-related amortization and third-party distribution fees contributing to the rise.
Assets under management totaled $170.985 billion at quarter-end, up 5% from June 30, reflecting inflows and market appreciation. Quarterly net inflows reached $4.622 billion, driven mainly by fixed-income, commodity and U.S. equity products. Through September, net inflows exceeded $13.6 billion, a 13% annualized organic growth rate.
Third-quarter operating margin was 41.3%, compared with 36.3% a year earlier. For the first nine months, operating margin was 39.8%, up 680 basis points year over year, while adjusted operating margin was 41.8%, up 750 basis points. The average advisory fee remained 0.36% from the prior quarter; revenue yield fell one basis point to 0.42% as European transaction and performance fees declined. President and Chief Operating Officer Jarrett Lilien said organic growth and operating discipline were “driving significant operating leverage and margin expansion.”
Onchain products drew $509 million in third-quarter inflows, included in total quarterly net inflows, and ended September with $1.273 billion in assets. Tokenized assets rose 65% year to date, nearing $1.3 billion. WisdomTree introduced the WisdomTree Onchain name for its tokenized funds, infrastructure and investor platforms on Sept. 29.
