Walmart-backed OnePay opened deposits of USD Coin (USDC) to select U.S. customers Friday, Oct. 30, giving them an in-app way to convert the stablecoin into checking account dollars without a fee at launch.

Customers create a deposit address in the OnePay app and send USDC using one of 12 supported blockchain networks. When the transfer arrives, it is converted to dollars and added to the customer’s OnePay Checking balance.

Stripe’s Bridge platform manages compliance checks, deposit addresses and the conversion. Supported networks include Tempo, Base, Solana and Ethereum.

The rollout follows OnePay’s expansion into digital assets. The company began offering Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) trading in January 2025, added more tokens in March 2026 and partnered with Tempo in April 2026. Tempo is among the networks available for USDC deposits.
